Hi! My name is Carol and I’m the creator behind the vegan food blog Carol’s Vegan Kitchen. I’m passionate about sharing outstanding vegan recipes and food photography that capture the best of each season. My mission is simply to Feed People Plants. I love working closely with small local farms on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula where I live and promoting a field-to-fork lifestyle. I truly feel that what we eat is one of the most powerful choices we can make and I’m so grateful to be able to make this choice every day!
